1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and 8qqgg ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). 3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 8qqgg platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any accumulated balances or pending bonuses.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 8qqgg will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other online service.
• Never share your account credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Log out from your account on any shared or public device immediately after each session.

Account Verification (KYC)

8qqgg follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) protocol to prevent fraud, underage gambling, and money laundering. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and payment method verification documents. Withdrawal processing may be held pending the successful completion of KYC. All submitted documents are stored securely with SSL encryption and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

8qqgg supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via approved local payment channels. All financial transactions are processed using secure, encrypted infrastructure.

• 8qqgg reserves the right to apply processing times of up to 3 banking days for withdrawal verification. Delays beyond this window will be communicated to the player by email.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Terms

8qqgg periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and special seasonal offers tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Eid. All bonuses are governed by the following general rules, in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligible player per promotional period unless otherwise stated.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (rollover) of 20x the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn, unless a different multiplier is stated in the specific offer.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the 8qqgg platform.
• 8qqgg reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or alter any promotion, bonus, or free spin offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to fair and reasonable justification.
• Players who are found to have opened multiple accounts to exploit bonus promotions will have all accounts closed and all balances forfeited immediately.

Free spins issued as part of a promotion are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise. Any winnings generated from free spins are subject to the same rollover rules as standard bonus funds.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on 8qqgg — including cricket betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, and crash game rounds — are subject to the rules outlined in this section, in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within the relevant game interface.

Wager Finality

Once a wager has been accepted and confirmed by the 8qqgg system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. This applies to all game types including pre-match and in-play cricket betting. In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 8qqgg reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the original stake to the player's account.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Individual game and market stake limits apply and are displayed within the game interface prior to bet placement. 8qqgg may impose additional account-level stake restrictions at its discretion, particularly for:

• Accounts flagged for suspicious betting patterns or arbitrage activity.
• Players who consistently exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with recreational gambling.
• Accounts under active KYC review or compliance investigation.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8qqgg platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform while residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, or exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform software, game engines, or payment systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Using the platform to launder funds, process criminal proceeds, or facilitate any form of financial fraud.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of coordinated manipulation of game outcomes.

Any account found in violation of these rules will be suspended without prior notice, and all balances held within the account may be forfeited pending a formal investigation. 8qqgg cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies where required by applicable regulations.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8qqgg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions or any supplementary policy published on the 8qqgg platform.
• Submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment documentation during registration or KYC review.
• Confirmed involvement in any prohibited activity listed in Section 7 of these Terms.

If an account is closed by 8qqgg due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account (including bonus funds) may be forfeited. Any legitimate real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your verified payment method after standard withdrawal processing.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 8qqgg platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trade names, trademarks, service marks, text, images, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 8qqgg or its licensors and content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8qqgg platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the express written consent of 8qqgg.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8qqgg and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, even if 8qqgg has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of 8qqgg to any player for all claims arising from or relating to the use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 8qqgg account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the 8qqgg platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 8qqgg is committed to safeguarding your personal information using industry-standard SSL encryption and secure server infrastructure. 12. Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the 8qqgg platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 8qqgg operates its international gaming licence.
